Interdisciplinary Event linking

• Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence (AI) including AI applications in industry, science, society & ethics
• Neuroscience & Computational Neuroscience, biologically-inspired algorithms, and brain simulation
• Electrical Engineering & Information Technology (EE & IT), neuromorphic, energy-efficient circuits and architectures, including memristive elements, novel materials and devices

The event aims at motivating and inspiring the next generation. For this reason, the participation of master- and bachelor-students is sponsored (see Registration).

Registration
The registration is handled by AC Conventionwww.aachen-convention.de/icnce2024 (all lower case)

The registration fee includes the participation in the sessions, lunches and refreshments during the coffee breaks. The conference dinner must be booked separately. All prices include VAT.

• PhD students 220 € (320 € after Apr. 15)
• Master-/Bachelor-Students free*
• Conference dinner 90 €
• Accompanying person 120 € (incl. conference dinner, excl. conference)

The dinner will be at the coronation hall (Krönungssaal) of the medieval town hall (Rathaus) preceded by an organ concert in the cathedral (Dom).

* A limited number of scholarships for students are awarded. Preference will be given to master- and bachelor-students, and handling will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. For your registration and further information, please contact student@icnce-2024.de.

Cancellation
If a written cancellation (e-mail to info@icnce-2024.de) is received before May 15, 2024, the conference fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of € 40. If a cancellation is received between May 15 and June 3, 2024, 50% of the appropriate fees will be refunded. Thereafter no refunds are possible. All refunds will be made after the Conference.

Exhibition and Sponsoring
Our ICNCE-2024 will host a trade exhibition with organisations, major projects, manufacturers and service providers of all types of neuromorphic hardware and architecture, neuromorphic algorithms and software, as well as partners who offer AI solutions and those who use them. You as a manufacturer and/or service provider are invited to present your latest developments and demonstrate new application possibilities. The exhibition at the Eurogress Centre will be an integral part of the conference and will help to make our ICNCE-2024 a comprehensive source of information for all those interested in neuromorphic computing, neuroscience and artificial intelligence. In addition, sponsoring will be offered. Sponsors and exhibitors will be displayed during the conference. Please contact our exhibition coordinator for details:

Included: Free registration of one company representative of the rented exhibition space. Access to all scientific and technical sessions, welcome reception and closing ceremony. A copy of the conference documents.

You can rent the standard stand at a price of 120 €/m2 or you can bring your own stand.

Please submit the stand plans for review to our exhibition partner Mplus Messebau prior to the exhibition. For additional equipment and services a separate order form will be sent to you by our exhibition partner Mplus Messebau.
