Ph. D. student at the Anselmetti Lab for Experimental Biophysics and Applied Nanosciences at Bielefeld University. I am studying the translocation behaviour of DNA through nanopores in various thin membrane materials (Si3N4, Graphene, MoS2, hBN) with Optical Tweezers. I also investigate cell elasticity with dual-beam Optical Tweezers within the scope of ROCKET project Elasto-Tweezers.
